Congressman Mike Bost has represented communities across Southern Illinois in the 12th district since 2015 and is now the ranking member of the Veterans Affairs committee. The 12th district is unique in its access to three navigable waterways that employ many Americans thanks to the Jones Act. Before his career in public service, Congressman Bost served in the U.S. Marines.
